Finance DirectorBatsirai is an accountant by profession with over 15 years of experience, a Chartered Accountant (Zimbabwe & South Africa), and trained at PwC, Harare. He has extensive experience in financial and operational management, with a focus on control and compliance, reporting, investment management, as well as investor relations. He has previously held various senior leadership and management roles in agricultural businesses in Africa, as well as agro-processing, manufacturing and FMCG sectors.
MUCHINERIPI CHIGWENDERE
Head of Legal & Company SecretaryMr. Chigwendere is a seasoned professional in the fields of law and banking, boasting extensive expertise in Investments, Corporate Banking, Risk Management, Legal matters, and Secretariat duties. He earned a BCom Finance degree and an LLB Degree from the University of Zimbabwe. Additionally, he is a registered Legal Practitioner and an active member of the Law Society of Zimbabwe.
RICHARD WUSHE
Head of TreasuryMr. Wushe is a seasoned banker with more than three decades of expertise in Retail, Corporate, Treasury, and Investment Banking. With a substantial 25-year tenure in the Treasury Division, he ascended from Junior Dealer to the esteemed position of Head of Treasury at leading Zimbabwean banks. He holds a BComm. in Economics from the University of Pretoria, South Africa, and is a certified Associate member of the Institute of Bankers in South Africa, along with multiple International Treasury Qualifications.
YVONNE R DIZA
Head of International Banking & Exchange ControlYvonne Rita Diza boasts sixteen years in banking with expertise in Exchange Control, International Banking Operations, Trade Finance, Retail Banking, Operations, and Customer Service. Certified in Microfinance by Frankfurt School of Finance and Management, she holds a Business Administration and Marketing Management degree from IMM, South Africa, and an MBA from the University of Suffolk, UK.
