ChairmanMr. Chagonda, a seasoned Legal Practitioner with 30+ years' experience, ascended from Professional Assistant to Managing Partner. A University of Zimbabwe law graduate, he specializes in Corporate Law and governance, leading Zimnat Lion Insurance. His board roles include NSSA and First Mutual Holdings Ltd.
GAMUCHIRAI NYAMUZINGA
Non Executive DirectorMr. Nyamuzinga, a Chartered Accountant and Registered Public Auditor, with over a decade of experience in accounting and auditing, notably in the FMCG sector. Currently the Chief Finance Officer at TM Pick n Pay Supermarkets, Zimbabwe, he brings strategic budgeting, financial reporting, and risk management skills honed at Deloitte & Touché.
SHALEETHA MAHABEER
Non Executive DirectorMs. Mahabeer, an adept leader, excels in international trade, logistics, automotive, and finance. As MD of Gift Investments, she spearheads bus and truck imports, sales strategies, and supplier negotiations. Also a Director at Al Shams Global LTD and she manages African operations.
EDWIN CHAVORA
Managing DirectorMr. Chavora, a seasoned banker with over 20 years in the industry, transitioned from junior dealer to Head of Treasury at Getbucks. Specializing in Treasury Management and Structured Finance, he excels in providing dynamic financial solutions. His qualifications include a Bachelor's in Commerce, a Master's in Financial Management, ACL Dealing Certificate, and Certified Microfinance Expert.
BATSIRAI DEMBETEMBE
Finance DirectorBatsirai is an accountant by profession with over 15 years of experience, a Chartered Accountant (Zimbabwe & South Africa), and trained at PwC, Harare. He has extensive experience in financial and operational management, with a focus on control and compliance, reporting, investment management, as well as investor relations.He has previously held various senior leadership and management roles in agricultural businesses in Africa, as well as agro-processing, manufacturing and FMCG sectors.
